Japaw box is a subscription box featuring Japan-made premium treats for dogs. Japaw box treats are crafted with high-quality ingredients, Japanese superfoods, and inspired by Japan’s rich food culture.

Each box contains 6 premium treats from Japan, including dry snacks, ‘furikake’ toppings, and wet food. Please note that this does not necessarily mean 2 items of each category every month—this depends on market availability and seasonal ingredients.

Absolutely! We carefully select safe, natural treats from experienced producers who meet strict safety standards.

Japanese superfoods are traditional, nutrient-rich foods such as genmai (brown rice), natto (fermented soybeans), and satsumaimo (sweet potatoes), known for their multiple health benefits for humans and dogs as well.

Allergy information for all treats is provided in the monthly treats description page, as well as in the flyer that comes with each box every month.

Subscription

Yes, you can cancel your subscription from your Subscription management portal at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will receive all the boxes you paid for. Just make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next auto renewal billing.

Yes. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
You may resume it anytime before it ends in the Subscription management portal without being charged immediately again. This simply resumes your subscription and allows it to renew as scheduled once the term finishes.

Billing and Payments

All of our prices are listed in USD.

Yes, you can subscribe to the monthly plan and then cancel your subscription right away. This way, you’ll only be charged for that one month's box.

When you complete your order, you will be charged immediately for your subscription.

For future payments, you’ll be charged on the same date each month. Please keep in mind that we follow Japan Standard Time (JST), so your renewal date may vary by one day depending on your local time zone.

For example, if you placed your order and activated your subscription on January 2nd, you will be charged on the 2nd of every month thereafter.

Please note that the renewal date is different if you signed up on the month's last day (for example, if you sign up on the 29th or 31st of the month, your next renewal date may shift to the 28th or 30th of the following month).

We currently accept payments via all major credit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets such as Apple pay, Google pay and Shop pay. All transactions are processed through our secure checkout, and we ensure that your details are never shared with third parties.

All orders are processed in JST (Japan Standard Time), and the cut-off period ends on the 15th of each month.

For example

  • If you want to order the January box, you’ll need to subscribe between December 16th, 00:00 AM JST and January 15th, 23:59 PM JST. 
  • If you want to order the February box, subscribe between January 16th, 00:00 AM JST and February 15th, 23:59 PM JST.

Shipping

No, shipping fees are not included in the box price and are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

We ship internationally to 147 countries via Japan Post International Mail (air shipping). Sea/surface shipping is not available to ensure the quality of the treats.

Due to recent U.S. customs policy changes, shipments to the USA are temporarily suspended until alternative solutions are confirmed.

All boxes are shipped according to our monthly schedule. Orders placed by the 15th will usually ship in the third week of the same month. Orders placed after the 15th will usually ship in the third week of the next month.

5–14 business days to most countries after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your box has shipped.
